Drive to Success

NASCAR fans, it’s time to start your engines!

Arby’s has teamed up with racing phenomenon Matt Kenseth and the #17 team this NASCAR season. To celebrate its longstanding partnership with BBBS and promote the importance of mentoring, Arby’s has created an essay contest for two lucky Littles to win a trip to meet Matt Kenseth and attend a NASCAR Busch Series race.  

Littles must submit an essay (up to 800 words) to answer the question: What Drives You to Succeed?  Matt Kenseth is passionate about racecar driving and has become one of NASCAR’s leading drivers by dreaming big and working hard to attain his goals.  Tell us what drives you to succeed and how you dream big and work hard to reach your goals.

The contest will be awarded in two age categories, 6 – 11 and 12 – 18.  The deadline for submissions is August 27, 2007.  Please submit a copy of your essay to our office as well as to the Arby's Corporation.  Excerpts from the best essays will be printed on this website and in the September newsletter.

Winners, along with their Big or parent/guardian, will be flown to Phoenix to attend the November 10, 2007 NASCAR Busch Series race and meet Matt Kenseth.  The first 50 Littles to submit an essay will receive an autographed picture of Matt!
