If your decision to become a mentor has been delayed because you’re just not sure if you can do it, let us offer this suggestion to you. Talk to some of our past or present volunteers. Ask them what they think about their experience with our staff. Ask them about their relationships with their “Littles.” After all, what better opinion can you get than that of someone who is on the front lines of this organization. 

We understand that apprehensions are normal. So, we not only encourage you to explore our agency, we are willing to assist you with your research. 

If you don’t know anyone locally in the BBBS Midland program, give us a call. We'll be glad to set up a meeting with one or two of our “Bigs.” They are always willing to share their stories.
